Lucas Oil Speedway plays host to $5 Night Presented by KY3 on Saturday
By Lyndal Scranton (Wheatland, MO) -- Fans get a tremendous opportunity to experience a night of racing at Lucas Oil Speedway at a discount this Saturday when Round 3 of the Big Adventure RV Weekly Racing Series fires up.
It will be $5 Night Presented by KY3 as tickets for all adults, seniors and youth are $5. Kids 5-and-under are FREE as always as a full program is scheduled with action in all four divisions, highlighted by a special 25-lap, $750-to-win feature for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Street Stocks.

"Our $5 Night always brings out a big crowd, so come on out and enjoy an evening of great racing," Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Danny Lorton said.
Gates open at 4 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 and racing at 7:05 p.m.
While it's still early in the season, hot points battles already are shaping up in each of the four divisions. There's only been one repeat feature winner (JC Morton of Springfield in the Ozark Golf Cars USRA B-Mods) so far in 2019.
In this week's featured O'Reilly Auto Parts Street Stocks division, Toby Ott of Wheatland holds an 11-point lead over last week's feature winner, James Flood of Crane with Republic's Bob Barnett just 17 points out of the lead.
Morton leads the Ozark Golf Cars USRA B-Mods by 25 points over Lebanon's Kris Jackson and 31 over Brian McGowen of Pittsburg, Kansas. In the Pitts Homes USRA Modifieds, Chase Domer has a one-point lead over fellow Nevada, Missouri resident Jon Sheets with Jason Pursley of Hermitage 11 behind. Aaron Marrant of Richmond leads Johnny Fennewald of Appleton City by 19 and Willard's Kaeden Cornell by 20 points.
Win a chance to feel the speed: Fans who have wondered what it would be like to experience the thrill of speeding around Lucas Oil Speedway could get that opportunity to buckle up and find out, in the Lucas Oil Two-Seater Late Model.
Raffle tickets will be sold during the evening with the winning ticket drawn just prior to intermission. Tickets will be sold for $2 each, six for $10 or 12 for $20. Fans must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Danny Lorton, a former dirt Late Model driver, will be behind the wheel to give the ride. He hopes to provide this opportunity several times throughout the season.
"This is a great opportunity for a fan to get a feel of what it's like to make laps around the Diamond of Dirt tracks," Lorton said.
