SPECIAL THANKS TO STACY GARDINER

During the recent 2009 end of season awards banquet for the Lucas Oil Speedway we also took the opportunity to recognize some of our outstanding staff members.
Somehow during the process I managed to leave one out.  It might be because I lost my official list of names and jacket sizes of those in attendance.  It could have been because I was in a hurry up mode to end the program on time. It also might be the fact that she is small and quiet.

However despite her size, the work she does for the Speedway during the race season is a gigantic undertaking. From ensuring all the restrooms are spotless to painting the racetrack walls.  From cleaning the suites to cleaning the race night clay thrown onto the walkways.  From insuring every window on the premises sparkles to stocking every single bottle of coke product every week.

Special thanks should have gone and now does to Stacy Gardiner. Another track staff member that does an awesome job and whom with out, we simply would not function at the high level to which we are accustomed.  Thanks Stacy for all you do, sorry I forgot to credit you at the banquet.
